It is of interest to software maintenance process researchers and practitioners in industry, educators, standards development organizations (SDO), and regulatory organizations. Its objective is to share ideas, expertise and knowledge of professional strength strategies pivotal for succeeding in a rapidly changing technical, economic, and social environment.
