Scope of the Session
Information communication technologies have changed our worthy sources
from the materials, which are visible things to be directly shared
among individual persons, to the knowledge, which is inherently attended
with personal thinking. The knowledge is the most important entity
derived from the knowledge society in the 21st century. The term
"innovation" is a primary source and/or critical function to change the progress from the traditional situation to the new one, and is regarded as
the typical activity to create a new perspective. Also, the term
"creativity" is a radical action to step up the thinking and doing, and
has been looked upon as one of human-oriented abilities. Our invited
session focuses on these two terms from the adaptability, availability
and usability of ICT with respect to the human activities, and then
discusses the exponential possibility, experimental evaluation, trial
validation, re-design with results and so on.
