6th ICCA 2010 (6th International Computing Conference in Arabic)

The Sixth International Computing science Conference, in Arabic, Hammamet, Tunisia, May 19-20, 2010 http://www.icca2010.com/ About ICCSA: The sixth International Conference on Computing Science, in Arabic (ICCA) is a forum for Arabic Speaking Computer Science researchers, scholars, and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, results, experiences and concerns in Computing Science, in Arabic. The conference helps to maintain Arabic as a viable vehicle for scientific communication in computing science. ICCA 2010 will be held in Hammamet, Tunisia in May 19-20, 2010. Previously, CCA was held in Tunis in 2003, followed by Cairo in 2005, Sharjah in 2006, Doha in 2008, and Rabat in 2009. About The track of Software Engineering Research, Practice, and Experience, in Arabic: The track of Software Engineering Research, Practice, and Experience, in Arabic solicits classical submissions of technical/research papers describing original results of theoretical, empirical, conceptual, experimental, and industrial software engineering. The track also solicits contributions discussing socio-technical, cultural, organisational, economical, legal and practical challenges yet opportunities in using Arabic in Software Engineering practice, teaching and/or research. We solicit two types of contributions for this track: ~Software Engineering Research and Practice, in Arabic - possible themes include, but not limited to: Requirements Engineering; Software Architectures and Design; Software Testing, Software Maintenance and Evolution; Empirical studies; Theory and Formal Methods; Languages and Models; Global Software Engineering; Human Computer Interaction and User Centred Design; Software Engineering for Mobility, Ubiquitous and Pervasive Systems; Security Software Engineering; Software Engineering for Dependability; Software Engineering for the cloud; Search-based Software Engineering; Software Economics and Software Project Management. ~The Future of Arabic Software Engineering - possible themes include but not limited to: Software Engineering in Arabic; Arabic Software Engineers for the Global Market, Global Software Engineering and Arabic; Socio-technical, legal, economical, and organisational issues of using Arabic in engineering Software in the Arab world; Arabic and Software Engineering Standards;Tools and Environments for Software Engineering in Arabic; Agility, lean software development and Arabic. Submission Guidelines: We are soliciting two types of papers, in Arabic: Short (5 pages maximum) and Regular (15 pages maximum). All papers will be reviewed by at least two program committee members and be selected depending on their originality, quality and relevance to the track. Each accepted paper will have to be presented in person by (one of) the author(s).
