Tenure track position in Religion Department

Dear colleagues, I thought I would share the following news about a tenure-track position at Gettysburg College: GETTYSBURG COLLEGE announces a full-time, tenure-track position at the assistant-professor level in the Department of Religion, beginning August 2010, with primary specialization in Religion in the Americas. Ph.D. at the time of appointment required. Evidence or promise of effective classroom teaching, along with scholarly research activity, is essential. The successful candidate must also be able to teach "Introduction to Religion." To apply, send letter of application, curriculum vitae, and three letters of recommendation, at least one of which addresses the candidate's teaching ability, to: Prof. Charles D.
