CFP: Software Security Hartford
The Hartford Chapter of the Open Web Application Security Project
(OWASP) is seeking speakers for its quarterly events on various software
security topics. Topics of interest include:
- Agile Software Development and Security
- Breaking CAPTCHA
- Hacking Cardspace and Identity 2.0
- Breaking Commercial Software for Fun and Profit
- Tactics for breaking software licensing schemes
- Gaming, the next overlooked security hole
- Hacking Mainframes/RACF
- Database rootkits
- PCI/DSS Compliance
- Teaching software security engineering in universities
The Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) is a worldwide free
and open community focused on improving the security of application
software. Our mission is to make application security visible, so that
people and organizations can make informed decisions about true
application security risks. Everyone is free to participate in OWASP and
all of our materials are available under a free and open software
license.
Deadline for response is January 15th, 2010. Send an email to

2010.
