The Department of Management Science and Information Systems
(MSIS) has a tenure-track opening starting Fall 2010 Semester
at either the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Candidates
should have expertise in information technology. A candidate
must be an active researcher and have a strong record of
scholarly excellence. Special consideration will be given to
candidates with knowledge in data mining, security, data
management and other analytical methods related to business operations.
The applicants are expected to teach undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D.
level courses, be actively involved in research, and supervise Ph.D.
students in the area of information systems. The MSIS Faculty
research interests include electronic commerce, databases, data mining,
information systems security, multimedia, and digital libraries.
