for basic research for combating weapons of mass destruction. See the

Topic Per4-C: Advanced methods and algorithms to support course of action
analysis of terrorists seeking to acquire and use CBRNE. (page 48)
Topic Per4-D: Advancing Knowledge of Network Theory for Network Analysis
and Response to Attacks. (page 49)
Average award amounts in these topics are: 150K/year (single investigator
awards); 350K/year (single grant/multiple investigator awards).
Proposal whitepapers must be submitted by NOVEMBER 2, 2009. Selected
whitepapers will be asked to submit a full proposal by FEBUARY 24, 2010.
