Applications are invited for a continuing academic position to deliver high quality teaching of university level statistics. The position is ideal for early career researchers wishing to make a valuable contribution to the Applied Statistics teaching and research activities of the Department of Mathematics and Computing at USQ. The successful applicant will have access to regular academic promotion rounds.
Experience in teaching applied statistics to undergraduates is essential, and expertise in teaching non-specialists will be highly regarded. In addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, the successful applicant will have a demonstrated capability to contribute to research activities.
Candidates will be expected to have a higher degree relevant to the position.
Salary: USQ Academic level B $68,358 to $80,796 pa (A salary loading may be
paid to an outstanding applicant)
