September 2009 Issue of Data Engineering Bulletin is now available
The September 2009 issue of the Data Engineering Bulletin is now available electronically via the IEEE Computer Society Bulletin web site http://tab.computer.org/tcde/bull_about.html. Jianwen Su served as issue editors for this issue, which is on "Management of Data-Centric Business Workflows".
The issues pages are maintained both at the IEEE (http://sites.computer.org/debull/bull_issues.html) and at Microsoft (ftp://ftp.research.microsoft.com/pub/debull/bull_issues.html). Please note that the URLs for the issues pages have changed, so if you are linking directly to these pages, you may have to update these links.
I hope you will notice that the web page displaying the issue table of contents and access to the individual papers now has a new and improved appearance. The redesigned page now comes much closer to matching the front cover of the integrated issue in its layout, while providing links to the articles. It would be great if all the old issues could be converted to the new format. I may do that, but it will be done very gradually over an extended period. Should any readers step forward to volunteer for this task, I would provide them with the html template and divide up the work among the volunteers. Any volunteer would get a hearty "thank you" from me in my regular issue letter.
